PAR SERVICIOS TURÍSTICOS, S.L. opens the doors of its PROPERTY ADMINSITRATION SERVICE and presents to you a range of services, from the carrying out of duties related with the Property Administration to the Maintenance Services, which includes garden and swimming pool maintenance and cleaning services. Leave the needs of your Community of Property Owners in our hands. From the beginning, you will receive from us personal and distinguished treatment. We are at your entire disposal at our offices in Puerto Deportivo Campomanes, Altea Hills, Finestrat (Benidorm) and Calpe.

   
 
We have at our disposal the knowledge of a Member of the Property Administrator Bar, as well as a Professional Team, made up from different Economists, Accountants, Labour Relations and Social Security Law Consultants, Electricians, Plumbers, as well as Garden and Swimming Pool Experts. Our services are assisted by staff members from different nationalities, as well as by Graduates in Philology with a perfect command of the English, German, French and Flemish languages, in order to offer you the best communication possible.
Our Property Administration Services include the following services:
   
 
101. Organization of the Community of Property Meetings in accordance with the provisions of the Horizontal Property Law. Attendance of the General and Extraordinary Meetings held by the Community of Property Owners and the subsequent writing of the corresponding Act, reflecting the agreements reached in the meetings for their follow-up.
92. Presentation of Annual Estimates, as well as their corresponding division by means of Property Deed coefficient shares.
83. Frequent visits to the Community in order to supervise the state of the communal services.
7 4. Permanent contact to the Members of the Community of Property Owners Board.
65. Management tasks for the correct functioning of the Community of Property Owners, for instance, the dealing with opening and running licenses in the local government, as well as other administrative bodies.
56. Opening of a bank account on behalf of the Community of Property Owners, from which the Community shares shall be charged. It is less complicated for all concerned if Property Owners arrange direct debiting for their property.
47. Accounting tasks, allowing the Community members to have a daily review of the bank balance. The President, as well as any other member of the Community will have the possibility to obtain the bank information at any time.
38. Strict control of the dues of the Community, as well as, comprehensive and continuous follow-up of the outstanding bills.
29. Follow-up of the Community staff members’ performance.
110. Legal Advising Service with legal coverage in judicial claims related with construction faults, as well as claims for due sums against Property Owners. The Legal Practitioners will independently charge these services, if the Community of Property Owners decides to contract them.
   
 
This Property Administration Office has at its disposal its own Meeting Room with capacity for more than 70 people, offering the possibility to hold meetings under the best conditions.
We will try to solve any kind of incident as soon as possible and we will responsible for looking after your documentation with total discretion, always watching over your interests.
 
MAINTENANCE SERVICES

PAR SERVICIOS TURÍSTICOS has at its disposal a Professional Team, specialised in the maintenance of garden and swimming pool facilities, with the backing of many years of experience. Our Professional Team also puts at your disposal cleaning services and offers you timetable flexibility, as well as the capacity to adjust their services to the Community needs. LABOUR RELATIONS LAW CONSULTANCY


We negotiate all the official Community documentation (caretaker and reception service): employers' registration for sick leave, writing of contracts, payrolls, social security services and presentation of tax models 110 and 190, etc.

PAR offers the Community Expert Advice on the most suitable contracting conditions, regarding possible subsidiaries.

Besides, PAR offers you an extra service for both resident and non-resident Property Owners, who need to declare their taxes.

 
 
In this section, PAR also includes a personal service for the management of utility services on behalf of the Property Owner, such as water, electricity, telephone, gas supply, as well as house insurance policies, etc.
